The client, a premier luxury hotel in West Virginia, is looking for a National Director of Sales to lead their sales initiatives and build relationships with high-end clientele. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the luxury hotel sector and be able to exceed revenue goals while nurturing relationships with corporate accounts. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding revenue goals, soliciting new accounts, analyzing market conditions, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Director of Sales will also collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure high-quality customer service and follow up on leads promptly.Qualifications for this role include at least 5 years of direct sales experience in the luxury hotel sector, a proven record of success in closing group business sales, and strong communication skills.
