Our office is a small, fast-paced, and fun environment that relies on both hard work and teamwork to grow our business every day.Position * As a Recruiting Coordinator at North Bridge Staffing, you will assist with finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal of fulfilling the companys hiring needs.Conduct cold calls daily to set up in-person interviews with prospective candidatesScreen candidates and confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, salary requirements, and career pipelineInteract with hiring managers on a daily basis to source resumes and coordinate interviewsWrite and post job descriptions on career websites such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, and LinkedInStrategically source candidates by using the internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, social media, and our internal databaseEvaluate, screen, and reformat resumesBachelor's DegreeMust be enthusiastic, goal-oriented, ambitious, competitive, and self-motivatedExperience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checksWork experience as a Recruiting coordinator (preferred)Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedInStrong organization and communication skillsThe desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environmentTeam player and competitive attitudeNorth Bridge Staffing **Excellent benefits packageHardworking and team-oriented cultureCompetitive base salary and uncapped commissions for unlimited earning potential
