Rackson Restaurants is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our CEO during a pivotal time of growth and transformation. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of franchise or multi-unit business dynamics, thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a high level of professionalism, and excels in both strategic and tactical execution. As the CEO's right hand, you'll be at the heart of our executive operations, helping to drive organizational effectiveness, communication, and alignment across the company. Detailed responsibilities include:What You'll Do: The Executive Assistant is responsible for maximizing the CEO's effectiveness by managing priorities, communications, and cross-functional initiatives. You will support a wide range of strategic, operational, and administrative responsibilities, including project management, internal communications, and executive logistics. Essential functions:Strategic Support & ExecutionPartner with the CEO and executive leadership on key strategic initiatives and special projects.Track company-wide goals and KPIs, ensuring accountability and follow-through.Monitor progress on strategic priorities and surface updates, insights, and risks.Provide decision support by synthesizing information and preparing recommendations.Executive OperationsServe as the central point of contact for all matters requiring the CEO's attention.Manage CEO's calendar, inbox, and time allocation to maximize impact on organizational goals.Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, Board presentations, and other leadership forums.Draft communications, reports, and briefing materials for both internal and external stakeholders.Attend select meetings on behalf of the CEO, driving agendas and follow-ups as needed.Cross-Functional CollaborationFacilitate alignment across departments by ensuring consistent communication and execution of top priorities.Partner with leaders across departments to keep the CEO informed of key business developments.Lead coordination of recurring executive meetings, including agenda development and recap documentation.Track and drive accountability on CEO-led initiatives, ensuring follow-through across cross-functional workstreamsOrganizational Effectiveness & CommunicationIdentify bottlenecks or misalignments within workflows or communication channels and propose solutions.Ensure key initiatives are communicated clearly and followed through on across all levels of the business.Serve as a trusted representative of the CEO when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.Serve as a cultural ambassador and trusted extension of the CEO"”bringing calm, professionalism, and a sense of urgency to everything you do.Anticipate needs"”what's coming next, what's missing, what's slowing things down"”and proactively solve.Administrative LeadershipProvide high-level administrative support including travel planning, expense reporting, and priority task management.Ensure timely and seamless execution of day-to-day CEO operations with discretion and excellence.What Will Make You Successful:7+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment supporting C-level executives or in high-level operations roles.Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Strong business acumen with a track record of navigating ambiguity and driving results.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal skills - a relationship builder with high emotional intelligence and sound judgment.Entrepreneurial: you are a self-starter, proactive and always act like an owner.Highly organized, with strong project management and prioritization skills. Comfortable working on tight timelines and juggling multiple priorities. High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment. Comfortable working within some ambiguity and shifting priorities as we grow.Analytical mindset: you analyze and synthesize complex issues, data and information. Strong Microsoft suite mastery.Must be able to work in person at our office 4 days per week and travel up to 50%. Ability to work on-site in the markets where Rackson operates, including non-traditional hours on evenings and weekends as needed.Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate via phone including hearing and talking. Ability to perform sedentary work such as computer-based work. Ability to utilize close visual acuity such as for creating and analyzing data/spreadsheets, word documents, and graphic designs.
