This position plays a key role in supporting real estate transactions and legal processes, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration.Key **Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing real estate contracts, leases, and related documentationCoordinate due diligence efforts, including title searches, surveys, and zoning reviewsPrepare closing documents and assist with closings for both residential and commercial transactionsMaintain organized files and manage timelines for various real estate dealsCommunicate with attorneys, clients, municipalities, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate documentationSupport legal team with general real estate and property-related matters as needed
