HVAC Foreman (New Construction)

The HVAC Foreman supervises and leads the HVAC Technician team members (during all phases of construction activities. The HVAC Foreman ensures work is completed within budget and scheduled completion dates. Also, the Foreman will follow all applicable safety procedures and code requirements.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide direct supervision and leadership to a team of technicians and apprentices; assigning tasks, providing guidance on new construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on timeInterpret and execute blueprints, plans, and specifications to meet project requirementsSchedule and coordinate daily tasks, materials, and manpower to meet project milestones Perform quality sheet metal installation for commercial new construction Projects such ***** schools, hospitals, multi-story buildings, colleges, etc. Coordinate with other departments/organizations to maintain established timelinesConduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards, local codes, and safety regulationsBasic qualifications2+ years of experience as a foreman in commercial new construction HVAC/Mechanical systems 5+ years of experience in installation of all Commercial and Industrial HVAC systems, piping, and equipment TDLR CertificationOSHA certification
