This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of mold handling, and a focus on safety and precision.Install, remove, align, and secure molds on injection molding machines.Set machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) to meet production specs.Inspect molds and equipment for defects and report any issues.Maintain a clean, organized work area and mold storage.Collaborate with quality and process teams to ensure product standards are met.Complete all required documentation accurately.Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.**Minimum 2 years of injection molding and mold maintenance experience.Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; hydraulic and pneumatic experience preferred.Ability to read technical drawings and setup sheets.Familiarity with overhead cranes, forklifts, and other mold handling equipment.High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience is a plus.Physically able to lift/move molds (up to 50 lbs with assistance) and perform tasks involving standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
