This position will be responsible for servicing customers primarily located within Gainesville TX.Perform Field Service to ensure 99% up timeDiagnose and repair faulted inverters and energy storage systemsTroubleshoot issues with mechanical, electromechanical, and controlsConduct annual periodic maintenance inspectionsKeep maintenance records of findingsAssist with developing maintenance programsPerform start-up and commissioning for new PV inverter & energy storage installations.Inspect physical installation (wiring, connections and mechanical condition)Power up, set all required parameters and ensure proper operationMonitor performance and efficiency levelsMaintain high customer satisfaction levels by providing excellent customer service.Provide accurate and timely product service reports.Required *High School Diploma / GEDMinimum of 2 years industry work experience with invertersAbility and willingness to travel to and from customer locations –90% to 100%Must be willing to complete CPR and First Aid certificationDesired ****2-year technical degree and/or equivalent certificationGreat interpersonal, oral, and written skills are required.Requires analytical and quantitative skills
