Senior Project Manager – Commercial & Mixed-Use DevelopmentsWe’re working with a prominent real estate developer headquartered in Miami, known for delivering high-profile commercial and mixed-use developments that shape the urban landscape and elevate community living.With a strong pipeline of city-defining projects - blending office, residential, retail, and lifestyle components - they’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead developments from concept through to delivery. This is a pivotal role for a strategic, execution-driven professional ready to impact the skyline and the communities who call it home.Your **As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll act as the owner’s representative, overseeing the full development cycle from entitlement and design coordination through construction and *Drive all aspects of project execution for large-scale, mixed-use and commercial developments.Manage relationships with general contractors, architects, engineers, city agencies, and community stakeholders.Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and pro forma alignment to ensure ROI and development goals are met.Monitor project milestones, construction progress, and design implementation to keep timelines and quality in check.Lead internal and external teams across disciplines including leasing, finance, construction, and asset management.Identify risks early and drive creative, value-engineered solutions throughout the project lifecycle.Represent the developer in meetings with investors, city officials, and project partners.What You *8+ years of project management experience in commercial and/or mixed-use development.Proven track record leading mid- to high-rise projectsSolid understanding of entitlement, permitting, construction processes, and vertical development.Experience working on behalf of a developer or ownership group preferred, or from a top-tier GC with strong developer collaboration.Strong financial acumen and the ability to align construction with investment strategy.Clear communicator, team leader, and relationship builder.Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field; equivalent experience also considered.?
