If you have a strong background in commercial concrete work and a sharp eye for numbers, this is your chance to play a key role in shaping high-quality construction projects across the region.As an Estimator, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and well-analyzed cost estimates for concrete scopes on large-scale commercial projects. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure we deliver on both quality and budget.What You’ll Be *Preparing detailed cost estimates for concrete work on commercial construction projects.Reviewing drawings, specifications, and other documentation to determine material, labor, and equipment needs.Gathering and evaluating pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.Identifying risks, offering value-engineering options, and recommending cost-saving strategies.Assisting in bid submissions and supporting the team during pre-construction phases.What We’re Looking ****3+ years of experience as an Estimator with a focus on concrete (commercial projects preferred).Solid understanding of formwork, reinforcement techniques, and concrete materials.Proficiency in estimation software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar tools).Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with local building codes and construction industry standards.APPLY today for immediate consideration!
