Project Manager

A mid-sized general contractor in the Lexington area is looking for a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to own their projects, work closely with field teams, and help drive job performance from day one.**Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned projectsMaintain budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersServe as the main point of contact between the client, subs, and internal teamsPartner with field supervisors to ensure quality and safetyDrive results while maintaining positive relationships**3–10 years of GC-side experience in construction project managementStrong communication and leadership skillsExperience managing commercial projects (ground-up or interiors)Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Procore, MS Project, Buildertrend)Detail-oriented and motivated to grow
