About the Role:The company is actively seeking a highly motivated Project Scheduler to work on a major airport construction project in New York City. This project is a large-scale infrastructure development focused on modernizing airport facilities, improving passenger experience, and enhancing operational efficiency.As a Project Scheduler, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing scheduling for two (2) facility projects within the airport development. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of construction scheduling, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the scheduling of two major airport facility projects.Perform schedule reviews and prepare bi-weekly and monthly schedule update analysis reports.Conduct progress reviews, including:Schedule Logic & SequencingFloat Analysis & Constraints ReviewCost, Resources, and Earned Value AssessmentCritical & Near-Critical Path EvaluationAnalyze schedule impacts and recommend corrective action plans to mitigate delays and cost overruns.Develop, update, and maintain cost- and resource-loaded schedules.Monitor and report schedule status to senior management and key stakeholders.Present project updates in meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.Develop “What-If” scenarios, mitigation schedules, look-ahead schedules, and time impact analysis.Conduct delay analysis and evaluate claims related to project schedule impacts.Identify scheduling risks, opportunities, and corrective actions to keep projects on track.Required Skills & Expertise:Strong Time Impact Analysis (TIA) expertise.Experience in institutional and large-scale infrastructure construction, preferably in airport or transportation facility projects.Deep understanding of vertical construction processes, methods, and best practices.Ability to conduct regular on-site walkthroughs and communicate project details effectively.Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Extensive experience in CPM scheduling, resource loading, and earned value analysis.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project schedules and provide strategic oversight.Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.10 - 15 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and project controls.Prior experience working with owners, contractors, and consultants on large-scale construction projects.Field experience is a must.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000 - $166,400 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible spending account & health savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programWork Schedule:8-hour shiftsOn-site attendance required, with occasional travel to project sitesWork Location:New York City – Airport Project (On-site)If you are a detail-oriented scheduling professional with a passion for infrastructure development and large-scale construction projects, we encourage you to apply!
