Contract ***** Project Coordinator – Change Control** Portland, OR (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week) Long-term contractPay ** Competitive hourly W2 rateWe’re supporting a well-regarded utility provider in the Pacific Northwest in hiring a Project Coordinator to support enterprise-level change control processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, is detail-oriented, and is experienced with IT workflows and documentation.In this role, you’*Review and validate change documentation including testing results, implementation plans, and rollback strategiesUse risk assessment tools to determine change approval workflowsCoordinate with testing and implementation teams to confirm readinessTrack change implementation outcomes and ensure complete documentation within internal systems (ITSM)Communicate approval decisions and support Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviewsHelp maintain compliance with internal policies and audit standardsThe right candidate will **3+ years of experience in a project coordination, operations, or IT support roleExcellent communication and documentation skillsFamiliarity with the ITIL framework and change control processesStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage timelines and deadlinesITIL Foundation certification (preferred, not required)This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a stable and well-respected utility company while working on a collaborative team managing high-impact IT and operational projects.Interested?
