Our products are sold and shipped to customers worldwide.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven TechnicalProgram Manager to lead and coordinate hardware development projects from concept through mass production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware product development, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams with global ODM and OEM manufacturing partners. This position is an on-site position in our Pleasanton facility.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end program management for internal R&D, ODM, and OEM hardware development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope.Conduct regular executive-level project status meetings, providing clear updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.Manage and update detailed project plans, tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, drive resolution of issues, anddeliver programs on time.Collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment across all phases of the product lifecycle.Manage product engineering sustainability programs to support functional and quality improvements, as well as custom applications.Understand and manage the hardware manufacturing process, including NPI (New Product Introduction) stages, EVT/DVT/PVT, and ramping to production.Serve as the primary liaison to manage Product validation field trials, ensuring clear communication with the customer and the account manager, issue resolution, schedule adherence, and deliver a positive outcome of the field trial to secure the first reference account.Work closely with the marketing and sales team leaders to ensure alignment on product release timelines, launch readiness, and go-to-market strategies.Drive continuous improvement in program execution and cross-functional collaboration.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.5+ years of program or project management experience in hardware product development.Strong understanding of hardware development and manufacturing processes.Proven experience working with international manufacturing teams, especially in China/India.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence).PMP or similar certification is a plus.Preferred Attributes:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in consumer electronics or medical devices is a plus.Mandarin language skills are a bonus but not required.Location: Onsite – 5 daysPay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayDeltaTrak is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
