Package Design Coordinator

My top client in the beauty space is looking for an Package Development Coordinator to join the team hybrid out of El Segundo CA (3 days a week onsite) for a contract July-December! Role can pay $36.76/hr**• Track New Product Development timeline and follow-up on deliverables• Assist in research and develop packaging components (color, artwork, packaging)• MINDS (Packaging Spec System) support• TAG (Artwork system) support• Manage first production samples – receive and ship packages to/from suppliers and L’Oréal plants, create organization system for team by category• Lead a complexity 1 or 2 level project to learn Development Launch process• Attend development meetings and recap follow-ups• Interface with all operations and manufacturing teams• Perform other duties as necessary or required.What We Are Looking *Required ***• Excellent analytical skills, multi-tasking, detail orientated, confident with project management• Strong prioritization, time management, coordination, and follow-up skills• Team oriented with excellent interpersonal skills (written and oral) – to communicate effectively with cross-functional partners• Excellent organizational skills to manage documentation, materials, and information• Professional and energetic with a positive attitude• Ability to self-manage and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment• Interested and passionate about learning beauty packaging• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook• Packaging background a plus• Engineering background a plusBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
