Telecom experience is requiredTower companies experience will be preferred but not a dealbreakerMust be localWe’re looking for a Real Estate Specialist / Developer who can drive permitting and contractual processes from start to finish while collaborating cross-functionally and delivering high-quality results.Key **Manage site acquisition vendors for Microwave transport projectsPerform lease and title due diligenceCommunicate with landlords and jurisdictionsTrack project milestones and manage budgetsAttend zoning hearings and conduct site visitsEscalate site-critical issues to leadership with solutionsEnsure timely review and processing of vendor invoicingMust-Have *5–7 years of telecom experienceStrong knowledge of land use, zoning, and lease negotiationAbility to manage multiple vendors and prioritiesExperience reviewing construction drawings, RF data, and leasesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with project tracking and database toolsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experiencePreferred **Prior tower companies experienceExperience working on legal, contracts, or construction aspects of Microwave Backhaul projects
