Our client, a Freight Forwarder is looking for a Japanese speaking Moving/Import CoordinatorPosition : Moving/Import CoordinatorIndustry : Freight Forwarder/LogisticsLocation : Forest Park, GASalary : 48k base + benefit PackagesResponsibilitiesShipment arrangements (to create files, POA filing, ISF filing, coordinate with customs broker/customs entry, carriers, truckers, and customers) correctly in timely manner Attend the customer’s house for moving quotation and supervise the subcontractor’s handling for moving cargo.Complete billing in timely manner within delivery date, includes, creating billing, sending out, process vender invoices. Then collect payments.Obtain quotes for cost reductions and negotiate service to provide quote when needed to customer or oversea agents.Distribute the cargo at Warehouse.Organize information, files.QualificationsExperience of Air/ Ocean import (FCL, LCL) operations is a big plusJapanese skill at least in professional Proficiency+++ Only qualified candidate will be contacted.
