This role bridges our technical teams and field operations, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.You’ll take ownership of project coordination, field oversight, procurement, change order tracking, and client communication — playing a critical role in project success.Key ResponsibilitiesProject * Support the construction phase of projects, setting timelines and deliverables for internal teams.Client Relationship * Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and proactive communication.Bid & Change Order * Communicate bid specs and change orders clearly to project teams.Change Order * Monitor pricing adjustments and billing changes throughout the project lifecycle.Budget & Timeline * Track labor and resources to ensure schedule and budget alignment.Billing & * Set and monitor billing forecasts for active projects.Costing * Contribute to accurate costing during proposal development.Team * Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field staff to ensure smooth project execution.Additional ** Support the Project Resource Manager with other project-related responsibilities as needed.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in construction project management or a closely related field.Understanding of electrical instrumentation and NEC CodeStrong skills in organization, communication, and time management.Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Team player with a collaborative mindset.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Join our team and be part of a company that’s committed to delivering high-quality, integrated engineering solutions.?Apply now or reach out directly to learn more!
