Permitting Specialist - Fiber/OSP Construction

We are seeking a Permitting Specialist to support a high-volume fiber and outside plant (OSP) construction program in the Cherry Hill, NJ area. This is a long-term role with projects forecasted over the next five years and strong potential to convert to a full-time role** Cherry Hill, NJ Onsite 5 days/week to start, shifting to 4 days in office (Fridays remote) once fully trainedKey *Manage 100–200 active permitting applications for pole, township, state, and county approvalsTrack and follow up on permits through each step of the processDeliver permit updates and documentation status to the project managerMay occasionally visit field sites or municipal offices for verifications or submissionsUse tools like Excel, Smartsheet, and P2 for tracking and reporting****Pole permitting experience is requiredExperience with Atlantic City Electric, PPL, or similar regional utility providers is beneficialExtremely organized and able to manage high volumes of workProficiency with Excel and Smartsheet; GIS experience is helpful but not requiredIf you’re experienced in permitting and ready for a role with long-term project stability and growth potential, we’d love to connect.
