Program Manager

Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire a Program Manager. This role with be onsite 3x per week in Mountain View, CA.This job is a 1-year W2 contract position with benefits & paid holidays!As a Program Manager, you will be managing key operational processes, ensuring the smooth execution of customer engagements, and contributing to the growth of a highly visible, enterprise-level customer success program within the organization.What Youll Be **Manage a comprehensive data set of enterprise-level customers, tracking engagement activities, frequency, and overall customer health.Ensure consistent and high-quality engagement with customers across various touchpoints, including product development feedback, roadmap input, beta testing, and Go-to-Market strategyDevelop and implement strategies to maintain customer activation and maximize the value derived from their participation.Track and analyze customer engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the customer journey.Required Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in Program Management for a highly matrixed environment, driving Customer Success programs/projectsExpert knowledge in Excel and Google Sheets, leveraging formulas to sift through dataWorking knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM platformsDesired Skills & **Bachelors DegreeIdeal candidates have a background in the FinTech or SaaS industryMotion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
