Key **Team Leadership & SchedulingLead, mentor, and schedule the in-house project delivery engineer team; manage travel logistics and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.End-to-End Project OwnershipOversee project timelines and scope, ensuring successful installation, commissioning, and handover of LED display systems.Onsite Escalation ManagementStep in to address critical technical issues or client concerns when frontline engineers require support; coordinate with R&D or HQ teams as needed.Client-Facing ProfessionalismMaintain strong communication with clients during on-site work; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and uphold company professionalism.Reporting & CommunicationDeliver regular updates on project status, team performance, escalations, and risk areas to internal stakeholders.Process ComplianceEnforce standardized workflows, including pre-travel approvals, budget controls, site acceptance, and project closure documentation.Local Delivery Framework BuildingHelp establish a scalable U.S.-based delivery system; gradually build and structure a high-performing local team.Vendor and Outsourcing OversightOptimize the use of third-party contractors where necessary; establish vetting processes and service level expectations.Team DevelopmentPromote continuous learning and professional development within the delivery team to enhance technical and operational capabilities.5+ years of experience in LED display system installation, commissioning, or technical supportPrior experience managing multi-site or enterprise-level LED projectsPMP or CTS certifications preferredExcellent leadership, planning, and troubleshooting skillsFluent in English (Mandarin Chinese is a plus)Bachelor’s degree in engineering, AV technology, or related fieldComfortable with frequent and extended travel (up to 100%) across the U.S. and CanadaPreferred ***• Familiarity with LED manufacturing, cabinet structures, signal systems, and display calibration • Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating between field teams and corporate offices • Hands-on experience with project tracking tools such as SAP, Smartsheet, Teamwork, or similar • Ability to manage pressure, ambiguity, and tight deadlines while maintaining quality
