Adams Robinson has a dedicated team with over 900 years of collective experience in the industry.Role DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Sr. Project Manager, Superintendent, and Project Team with overall project leadership, documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks completion. The Project Manager must be experienced and knowledgeable with all aspects of Water/Wastewater construction and have a steadfast commitment to the ownership of the work it entails. ResponsibilitiesLead office staff and on-site management to ensure project successEnsure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlinesCreate and update Project Schedules using P6Responsible for RFI & Submittal process and all material procurementPerform detailed technical reviews of shop drawings and product dataDevelop Schedule of Values and compile monthly Owner billings on timeProcess project related accounting including subcontractor paymentsCreate and maintain accurate updated logs for weekly progress tracking and auditsTrain and develop Project Engineers understanding of industry best practicesAbility to resolve disputes and negotiate change items to mitigate schedule and cost impactsDevelop and maintain positive Owner and Engineer relationships throughout the duration of the projectQualificationsBachelors degree in Mech/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience5-15 years of experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Senior Project EngineerStrong construction technology familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, P6, and Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with safety rules, regulations, best practices and QA/QC performance standardsPrior Water & Wastewater knowledge or relevant work experience requiredDemonstrated professional communication and technical writing skillsPrior success in completing complex multimillion dollar projectsThis is a fast paced environment where attention to detail is crucial.
