Program Manager

Job **Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team! This position is located in Frisco, Texas. Conduct detailed current state process mapping of supply chain and procurement workflowsDesign and document future state processes, ensuring alignment with business transformation objectivesIdentify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, KPIs, and recommend actionable improvementsDevelop and manage deliverables for supply chain and procurement transformation initiativesWork cross-functionally with teams including procurement, network, device, and IT to ensure thorough documentationMonitor and report on progress to ensure alignmentLeverage data analytics as necessary to assess process performance and identify areas for improvementCollaborate with leadership and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process improvementsFacilitate workshops and meetings to align teams on transformation goalsServe as a key liaison between technical and business teamsDesired Skills/Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in telecom supply chain, procurement, and/or process improvement rolesProficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similarFamiliarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and procurement toolsSix Sigma or related certifications are highly desirable**Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $40.00 and $58.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
