***** SAP Sucessfactors Project Manager ***** 6 Months + ***** Lttle Rock ,AR (Remote work with some onsite travel) (ONLY W2)Job **Required ** SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager with 5+ years of direct experience managing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects involving multiple modules such as Onboarding, Recruitment (Recruiting Management/Recruiting Marketing), and Employee Central. Must blend project management expertise with technical, functional, and stakeholder management skills.• Certificationso SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding or Recruiting (highly desirable)o PMP, Agile/Scrum certification (preferred)• **o 5+ years of direct experience managing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects involving multiple modules.o Expertise in project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.o Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.o Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.o Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).o Familiarity with Employee Central, Recruiting, and other SuccessFactors modules.o Understanding of SAP HCM/ERP and its integration with SuccessFactors.o Familiarity with government HR structures, policies, and reporting needs.o Experience working with SAP, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.o Managing contracts, deliverables, and SLAs** Primary **o Proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks and issues.o Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.o Manage organizational change initiatives, user adoption, and training.o Manage communications and expectations across diverse stakeholder groups.o Oversee test planning, execution (SIT, UAT), and defect management.o Ensure solution quality and compliance with business requirements.o Maintain knowledge of SuccessFactors capabilities, public sector HR compliance, and configuration best practiceso Overseeing project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user manuals.o Coordinating end-user training, knowledge transfer, and support handover• Collaboration & **o Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage business, IT, and external vendors.o Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and status updates.o Work closely with lead consultants, integration teams, and client-side stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely configurations.o Participate in regular project status meetings and provide updates on configuration progress and blockers
