About the RoleJoin our dynamic team as an Office Services Associate and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless office operations. This position offers the opportunity to be the primary liaison between clients and our organization while delivering comprehensive support services including back-office operations, hospitality, mail handling, and reprographics.What Youll DoClient Relations & Account Management (15%)Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and Forrest SolutionsManage day-to-day operational requirements and address client inquiries promptlyMaintain professional office environment with proper signage and organized spacesContribute to weekly leadership meetings with detailed outcome reportsProcess Improvement & Documentation (10%)Collaborate with client organizations to develop policies and proceduresMonitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Implement process improvements using project and change management methodologiesMaintain and update Site Operations Manual/PlaybookClient Experience & Satisfaction (10%)Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service deliveryConduct regular office inspections to ensure optimal appearance and functionalityProvide attentive customer service and resolve complaints efficientlySupport hoteling culture and mobile working practicesFacilities Management (10%)Execute interoffice moves and meeting room setupsPerform light maintenance tasks including carpentry and fixture maintenanceMaintain cleanliness standards and manage supply replenishmentMail & Print Services (20%)Sort and distribute interoffice mail and operate postage equipmentHandle specialized mail services (certified, registered)Provide comprehensive print services including copying, binding, and quality controlMaintain accurate record logs and perform basic copier maintenanceMeeting Support (10%)Oversee meeting room operations and ensure timely participant arrivalsCoordinate meeting logistics and room preparationsProfessional Development (5%)Participate in training programs including Cornerstone platform utilizationWhat Were Looking ForRequired **High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)Minimum 1 year of relevant experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong verbal and written communication skillsKey **Client-first mentality with focus on delivering added valueExceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask in fast-paced, high-energy environmentStrong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressureTeam player with positive attitude and relationship-building skillsCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and securityPleasant, cheerful dispositionFlexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
