And the right people will help us take this from breakout brand to generational movement.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO to join us at a pivotal moment of scale.This is not a traditional admin role. You’ll operate as a right hand to the founder—bringing clarity, creating systems, managing execution, and helping build a generational sportswear brand.You’ll work directly with the founder (based in San Francisco) and will be responsible **Managing calendars, emails, and meeting flowCoordinating product drops, photoshoots, and content campaignsBuilding and improving internal systems and SOPsManaging communications with contractors, athletes, and brand partnersKeeping the company organized, clear, and moving fastThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, and knows how to anticipate what’s needed before it’s asked.Qualifications• 3+ years of experience supporting a founder, C-level executive, or startup team• Exceptional organizational and time management skills• Excellent written and verbal communication• Strong familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace• Ability to handle sensitive info with confidentiality and discretion• Comfortable working in ambiguity with a proactive, figure-it-out mindset• Based in the Bay Area or close enough to meet in person 2–4x/month• ** Experience in startups, e-commerce, NIL, or sportswear• ***** You’ve read Buy Back Your Time or follow startup founder contentWhy LACES?You won’t just be supporting someone’s calendar.
