Warehouse Specialist

Primary FunctionThis role is responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations including materialcontrol, rotating inventory, in-storage maintenance, cycle-counts, recordkeeping, and vehiclefleet oversight. You will be hands-on in executing daily warehouse functions while ensuringcompliance with safety, inventory integrity, and internal control procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of materialsExecute material control, staging, issuing, and shipping activitiesConduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy (SOX compliance)Manage shelf life tracking and in-storage maintenance for critical componentsServe as primary liaison between warehouse, logistics, and procurementLead site vehicle fleet operations and complianceSupport Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) initiativesMaintain a safe and compliant warehouse environmentCoordinate material transfers and generate inventory reports and chartsUse warehouse systems and tools for tracking and reportingQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent3–5 years of warehouse supervision or material control experienceInventory management and material handling experienceAbility to lift up to 50 lbsForklift certified or willing to obtain certificationExperience with SAP inventory management (Preferred)Strong reporting and documentation skills (Preferred)Familiarity with MAS 200 or similar inventory tracking software (Preferred)Shipping experience using UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL, and international carriers (Preferred)Other InformationWork is on-site in a warehouse/outdoor environmentRequires physical labor, multitasking, and the ability to work under time constraintsMust be flexible to work occasional weekends or holidays if neededNo driving, NERC, or ERCOT access required
