Job Title: Production OperatorSchedule: 2nd Shift Mon – Fri, 2pm – 10:30pm $17.60/Hr. 3rd Shift Mon - Fri, 10pm - 6:30am $18.40/Hr.Location: Hazelwood, MissouriType: Contract to HirePosition Summary We are seeking a Production Operator for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading diagnostic medical device manufacturer in Hazelwood, Missouri. This role operates high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment in a cGMP-compliant environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment.Set up equipment within defined tolerances to ensure accurate production runs.Complete production batches and associated documentation, including AQL inspections, reworks, and material reconciliation.Follow Manufacturing Directions and SOPs for compliance and product quality.Assist in reviewing and revising Manufacturing Directions and SOPs.Use Human Machine Interface HMI and SCADA systems for equipment operation.Handle raw materials and perform cage movements.Learn and operate a forklift as needed.Adhere to departmental cleaning proceduresComply with all safety policies and use PPE.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.1+ of experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment preferred.Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).Perform basic math and follow task sequences.Comfortable using computer applications and learning SAP transactions.Physically able to lift 20–40 lbs. and stand for 8–12 hrs.Willingness to work overtime as needed.Estimated Min Rate: $17.60Estimated Max Rate: $18.40What’s In It for You?We welcome you to be a part of the largest and legendary global staffing companies to meet your career aspirations.
