Manufacturing Technician

** 12 month contract Onsite in Rensselaer, NYAvailable ** Shift 1 (Wednesday – Saturday, 6 AM – 4:30 PM) or Shift 2 (Sunday – Wednesday, 1 PM – 11:30 PM)Job *Required Skills and * Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, along with some relevant work experience. * Demonstrated ability to work well with general direction and information * Effective verbal and written communication skills* Must have personal vehicle and drivers licenseDay to ***** * Performs equipment cleaning tasks related to small parts used in clean rooms (process areas) per approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) and in accordance with production schedules. o This includes loading of parts washer, unloading of parts washer, bagging, and labeling of small parts used for manufacturing production o Maintaining small part inventory o Gowning into the clean room includes donning a gown (jumpsuit), hood, shoe covers, gloves, hairnet, and facemask * Following current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs). o Technicians will be expected to document the performed tasks accurately and per the approved procedure. All documents are subject to review by regulatory agencies and therefore must be maintained appropriately. * Performing unit operations in a timely manner to meet production schedules. * Flexibility and continuous support must be always provided to assist 24/7 manufacturing operations. * Follows current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) including proper documentation of training. * Ensures all tasks are performed in a manner consistent with safety standards. * Flexibility to work according to the production schedule, as required. * Understand and adhere to strict clean room microbial controls
