Pistola Denim believes in providing high-quality denim for everyone forever.Key Responsibilities Communicate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) to schedule pickups and resolve shipping issues. Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide training as needed. Coordinate and process daily shipping orders. Stage completed orders and load outbound trucks. Follow detailed customer routing guides and meet tight shipping deadlines. Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively. Collaborate with distribution center and customer service teams. Process various shipping methods (UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, LTL). Support and guide team members, ensuring proper training and adherence to safety protocols. Report safety concerns to management and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Assist with projects assigned by the Logistics Distribution Manager.Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping or logistics. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office programs. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and stooping. Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven leadership and team coordination abilities. Experience with forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Education & Experience High school diploma required; college education preferred. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered. Experience with shipping software (e.g., FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, ERP systems). Previous experience in the apparel industry is a plus.Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health, dental, and life insurance Paid time off
