There is just a task that involved tracking some per diem-Tracking projects and jobs working on and tracking the cost of those jobs, materials that are bought, hours and POs that go to the job.-Able to organize and upload things to each job.-those who are multi taskers and worn many hats in an office setting-Oracle exp would be helpful-An admin from a manufacturing environment would be great.-answering phones, process oriented, attention to detail-someone from an operations backgroundDo not want to *****-this is not just a front desk/secretary job-call center candidates-those with JUST a Finance background or degree-someone with just shipping experience
