As a key member of Mazúr Boutique, you’ll create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while assisting customers with their fashion and styling needs.*Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a positive attitudeBuild strong customer relationships and contribute to a loyal client baseMaintain store appearance, including restocking and organizing merchandiseAssist with visual merchandising and displays to create an inspiring shopping environmentOperate the POS system accurately for sales transactionsProcess incoming inventory accurately and efficientlyStay up-to-date on current trends and new arrivals to offer product knowledge to customersSupport the team in achieving sales goals and maintaining store standardsAssist in creating social media contentThink creatively and go above and beyond to deliver a unique experience for our customersAssist with in-store pop-up eventsQualifications/Previous retail experience preferred, especially in fashion or boutique settingsPassion for fashion, styling, and creating a great customer experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs as neededSocial media experience is a plusWhat We **Competitive hourly payEmployee discountFun, supportive team environmentOpportunities to grow with us!Why Join ****Be part of an exciting, locally owned startup in one of Austin’s most dynamic neighborhoodsEver wanted to run your own small business?
