Lead Electrician Doral, Florida, United States (On-site)Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPosition SummaryBrooksource is partnering with a leading electrical equipment supplier to hire a Lead Electrician. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead a growing division focused on critical power services. The ideal candidate is a licensed professional with leadership experience and a passion for building operational excellence from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs for critical power systems (UPS, transfer switches, generators).Troubleshoot complex electrical issues to ensure system reliability.Manage commercial electrical projects from inception to completion.Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and industry safety standards, including permits and inspections.Lead strategic planning for service offerings and operational growth.Develop best practices for project estimating, procurement, and execution.Hire, train, and mentor electricians and apprentices as the team grows.Serve as a technical advisor to internal teams (sales, engineering, etc.).Qualifications**Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License in Florida (or ability to obtain).10+ years of experience in commercial electrical work, especially critical power systems.Proven leadership in managing teams and large-scale projects.Deep knowledge of NEC, local codes, and safety regulations.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.Experience in permitting, inspections, and compliance.**Background in data centers, hospitals, or other mission-critical environments.Familiarity with business operations including estimating and procurement.Benefits401(k) with company matchHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance, Short- & Long-Term DisabilityPaid Holidays and PTOWhy Brooksource?Brooksource has been a trusted IT and engineering staffing partner for over 16 years, connecting professionals with top-tier companies.
