Job ** Customer Support Representative Johnston, IowaJob ** W2 ContractExpected * 40 hours per week** On-Site** $20.50 / hourProvide front-line technical support, information, and solutions for product-related inquiries, issues, and concerns to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.Offer support via multiple channels including telephone, email, and chat.Effectively document each interaction within the case management system.Create and maintain support tools and solutions available online.Support a variety of products including Company Website-Dashboard, Operations Center, and machine guidance.*** Fluent in PortugueseSkills in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolutionAdvanced in verbal and written in Portuguese language abilitiesWorking functional in written and verbal English language abilitiesExperience with customer service / supportHigh comfort level and experience with consumer software applicationsStrong computer and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work off-shift hours and occasional holidays to support the businessExperience with data managementWhat Makes You Stand ***** Knowledge of agriculture customersAgriculture operations experience, including Precision Farming experiencePrior work experience in Agriculture or Technology dealer channelsBachelors degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering related field, IT or a similar discipline***** dental, vision and our 401k retirement savings plan
