Badger Talent Solutions is partnering with one of its trusted clients to find a Quotation Specialist for a full-time role based in Brookfield, WI. This role offers the opportunity to support custom product quoting by working closely with engineering, purchasing, and sales teams to deliver accurate, timely, and cost-effective quotations to customers.This is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a technical manufacturing environment.Key **Develop and execute product quotations, including cost, net, and list pricing for custom productsTrack and communicate quote status to internal and external stakeholdersEnsure quotes align with engineering standards, company policies, and field test dataCollaborate with buyers, engineers, and suppliers to improve efficiency and reduce costsGenerate customer-facing working drawings from for quote approvalsAssist with updates to routing sheets and process changes Provide phone support for both standard and special tooling inquiries**2+ years of experience in quoting, estimating, or sales support in a manufacturing settingFamiliarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to interpret technical documentation and communicate clearly with cross-functional teamsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsIf you enjoy managing details, working with technical teams, and ensuring the quoting process runs smoothly from start to finish, this could be the perfect opportunity to grow your career.
