Job Title: Warehouse & Customer Support AdminLocation: Hillsboro, OregonPay Rate: $38k-$45k annuallyType: Direct Hire | Full-time | On-SiteAbout Our Client:Our client, a leading provider of specialized products and services for businesses operating in meticulously controlled and clean environments, is looking for a skilled Warehouse & Customer Support Administrator to join their team at a high-traffic customer location. This role is essential in ensuring seamless service delivery, managing customer interactions and order processing, and fostering effective communication across teams. The ideal candidate will help resolve operational challenges and contribute to driving value for both the client and their customer base.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and fulfill orders efficiently.Perform order entry, stock reporting, and data input using various inventory management systems.Generate and communicate reports to customers.Support inventory management and cycle counting activities.Monitor and manage stock levels across multiple warehouses.Track and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.Manage lead times and communicate updates to stakeholders.Process and archive delivery documents in the ERP system.Coordinate production and special orders requiring kitting or assembly.Identify and escalate issues affecting service levels or inventory accuracy.Develop product knowledge and understand customer-specific requirements.Required Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a similar warehouse or customer support role.Strong customer service orientation with a proactive mindset.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Maximo, etc. preferred).Familiarity with spare parts, machine parts, or technical products is a plus.Why Join Our Client?Be part of a supportive and collaborative team.Work in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.Opportunity to grow your skills and career in a specialized industry.Competitive compensation and benefits.Ready to Apply?If youre a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and operational excellence, wed love to hear from you.
