Job ** Affordable Property Manager** Direct Hire** Onsite – NE Portland, OR $32–$37 per hour *** M-F, 8am-5pmAbout the **LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dedicated Affordable Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 100+ unit affordable housing community in NE Portland. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive hourly pay and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the community.Key *Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.Ensure compliance with all affordable housing regulations (e.g., HUD, LIHTC).Supervise on-site staff and vendors to maintain high standards of service and property upkeep.Prepare budgets, financial reports, and occupancy reports.Conduct regular property inspections and address issues proactively.Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful community environment.*Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Manager overseeing an affordable housing property with 100+ units.Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance requirements.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work onsite full-time in NE Portland.Competitive hourly wageDirect hire with long-term stabilityOpportunity to work with a mission-driven teamMedical, dental and vision, 401K with company matchPTO plus holidays and your birthday offBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
