LHH is partnering with a reputable organization to find a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple executives and contributing to high-level operations and strategic initiatives. If you bring professionalism, strong technical skills, and a can-do attitude, we encourage you to apply.Key **Provide day-to-day administrative support to a team of senior professionals, including calendar management, meeting planning, and travel coordinationPrepare presentations, reports, and confidential correspondenceAssist with departmental logistics such as ordering supplies, event planning, lunch coordination, and supporting internal team meetingsMaintain records of important documents, licenses, and credentials, and manage renewal deadlinesConduct market and demographic research using online tools, mapping software, and internal databasesSupport client-facing materials such as proposals, visual documents, and committee packetsCoordinate logistics for off-site meetings and site visits, including assembling informational packets and interfacing with external vendorsAssist with internal and external communications, including follow-ups and confirmationsTrack and process expense reports, commission invoices, and department budgetsProvide occasional back-up to front desk reception as neededRequired Skills & *5+ years of experience in executive or administrative support rolesExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with document editing tools and mapping or demographic software a plus (Photoshop, Publisher, Snagit, or Google Earth experience preferred)Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferredExperience supporting teams in real estate, commercial development, or professional services industries is a plusAdditional ****Full-time, exempt roleStandard business hours, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as neededOnsite/in-office role with limited travel requiredMust be comfortable handling confidential materials and client-facing communications
