Join us.Job Title: Focus Factory ManagerLocation: Rincon, GeorgiaCompany: Virginia TransformerJob Summary: Virginia Transformer is seeking two Focus Factory Managers to lead daily manufacturing operations at our Rincon, GA facility. These roles will be responsible for managing and mentoring Production Supervisors and Superintendents while influencing operationally critical functions. The ideal candidates will bring a passion for safety, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations including production, planning, material management, and labor allocation. Maintain rigorous safety protocols and housekeeping standards.Team Development & Supervision: Manage and mentor Production Supervisors/Superintendents, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture. Drive performance through coaching and clear expectations.Performance Management: Ensure achievement of key manufacturing metrics such as MPS (Manufacturing Production Schedule), revenue targets, Return to Service (RTS), and First Pass Yield (FPY) through process discipline and focus on results.Planning & Resource Allocation: Develop and implement effective planning and control measures. Ensure proper staffing, trained personnel, and optimal utilization of labor and equipment.Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and meet delivery timelines.
