We’re seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and develop our maintenance team, oversee capital projects, and ensure all infrastructure, equipment, and systems operate at peak performance.Key **Provide clear direction and leadership to the Maintenance team, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.Oversee capital projects from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Monitor and maintain equipment safety and performance standards.Manage preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment uptime and reliability.Drive cost reduction and performance improvements through capital planning and workflow redesign.Support annual budget planning and monitor maintenance spending to maximize value.Actively participate in the Safety Committee and lead initiatives that promote a strong safety culture.Coordinate and deliver training for maintenance personnel to ensure skill development and compliance.** 5+ years within maintenance leadership in a manufacturing setting5-10 years of industrial maintenance experience is requiredKnowledge of PLCs, hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting is requiredExperience with creating & developing SOPs and innovating programsExperience working with tenured maintenance technicians & managing a team of seven technicians on shift & four technicians off shift.Ability to lead, train, coach, and develop teams
