Large Automotive Manufacturing Company Located west side of St Louis Missouri is looking for a Maintenance Manager.ResponsibilitiesManage and schedule the repair and maintenance of company facilities, manufacturing equipment and fixtures.Coordinate the repair and preventive maintenance with staff or outside maintenance contractors for both regular and emergency repairs, while ensuring that resources are available and properly utilized.Supervises employees engaged in plant and machine maintenance, alteration and repair work.Provides continuous technical direction to maintenance and tooling staff and provides support for the manufacturing process.REQUIRED10+ years working in Maintenance in Plant Manufacturing Environment3+ years working as a Maintenance ManagerStrong Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience
