LHH is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist for a contract to hire position in Charlotte, NC! This role is ideal for someone with experience in manufacturing or distribution environments who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys building strong relationships with business clients. This role is fully in office Monday - Friday.**Order ** Accurately process and manage customer purchase orders from entry through fulfillment.Inventory ***** Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure timely delivery and communicate any delays or issues.Customer ***** Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status, shipping details, and product availability.***** Generate and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel to track order trends, inventory levels, and customer service metrics.Problem ***** Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and urgency.***** Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Production to ensure seamless order fulfillment.*****2+ years of B2B customer service experience within a manufacturing or distribution setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).Experience with ERP systems and order processing platforms.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
