Position **In the Personal Assistant & Household Manager position, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in executive support in a fast-paced home office and household environment. Prioritize requests, address scheduling conflicts, manage meeting logistics, prepare and manage calendars, etc.Plan and coordinate meetings and events of all sizes.Review emailand determine action steps and respond as needed. Compose, proofread, edit, or reply to correspondence or materials.Maintain and enhance organizational system and file and organize materials for ease of future access.Manage and arrange for domestic and internationaltravel. Prepare folder with all trip information and itineraries.Arrange for and manage household repairs and other needs at multiple properties. Order equipment and products for residence(s) and attend to local errands.Serve as an escalation point for household staff and escalate for input as needed.Work closely with other home office team members and Executive Assistant to coordinate family commitments with work events.Invest in developing deep knowledge of household programs and processes to support effectively, proactively anticipate future needs, and recommend and implement process improvements.Other duties and projects as assigned.**Bachelor’s degree5+ years administrative or executive assistant experienceAdditional Items of **Knowledge of accounting practices
