Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of Tyko Management Inc. The ideal candidate must be discreet, resourceful, able to manage complex schedules, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-level corporate environment. This is a key role requiring excellent communication skills and top-tier professionalism.Key **• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.• Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence and documentation.• Support the CEO on sensitive business matters and confidential projects.• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and staff, vendors, and partners.• Handle administrative tasks including filing, expense reporting, and follow-ups.• Assist with project tracking and task management across departments.• Attend select meetings and provide meeting minutes/action item summaries.**• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in real estate, finance, or high-growth environments.• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.• High level of discretion and emotional intelligence.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.• Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities with professionalism.
