This role involves providing support to individuals who feel they are in danger, acting as a step before a 911 operator. You will be responsible for handling phone calls, video chats, and online chats, ensuring the safety and security of our clients.Key *Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, video chats, and online chats.Provide reassurance and support to individuals in distress.Multitask effectively, managing conversations while typing or viewing video chats.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Utilize MS Office, G Suite, Slack, and Google Sheets for communication and reporting.Bilingual in Spanish and English.Background in safety or security (e.g., EMT, police officer, security officer, 911 operator), preferred. Ability to type 40-50 words per minute.Experience with MS Office, G Suite, Slack, and Google Sheets.Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle high-stress situations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*** $17-19/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
