You’ll support our incredible recruiting team while playing a vital role in office operations and candidate experience.This is more than just a job. It’s a launchpad into a fulfilling career.What You’ll Be Doing:Be the first friendly face (or voice!) for talent and clients -in person, over the phone, and through emailLead the way in onboarding & compliance (think: background checks, drug screens, E-Verify)Support payrolling efforts and ensure everything is buttoned up behind the scenesBring energy and creativity to branch marketing, social media, and job postingsPartner with recruiters to source top talent and build meaningful connectionsFollow up with field talent and help manage payroll/timecard supportKeep our systems sharp- cleaning up assignments and updating key data after payrollAssist with reports for clients (wage, hours, invoicing, status/census, the works!)Send out employee notices to ensure compliance and smooth communicationTackle general admin tasks: branch mail, supplies, cleanliness, documentation, HR/finance referralsBe a part of our daily team huddles to align priorities and keep the momentum strongMaintain accurate documentation to keep everything moving smoothlyReport directly to your local Market or Operations Manager (or Regional/VP as needed)Why Openwork? ?We are Openwork.Modern-day staffing, reimagined.We do things differently — and we’re proud of it.We’re curious, confident, and a little scrappy.
