This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is committed to providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders and is skilled at managing multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and route them appropriately, maintaining a professional and customer-focused toneManage complex scheduling and calendar coordination for meetings, appointments, and team activitiesEnter, track, and manage data in spreadsheets, databases, or CRMsCompile and summarize data for internal reportsAssist with tracking project tasks, deliverables, and deadlines; follow up with stakeholders as neededAssist in planning and coordinating internal and external IT events, including vendor interactions and logistical supportExperience proofreading and editing business documentsSupport the team with additional administrative tasks as neededRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or similar support rolePrior experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events, ideally within an IT or technology organizationPrior experience coordinating with vendors or service providersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentAdvanced Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis; and strong proficiency in Outlook for professional communicationCustomer service mindset with a professional phone presencePreferred QualificationsExperience with CRM tools or databasesExperience supporting sales teams or working with quotes/proposalsFamiliarity with ConnectWiseExperience supporting IT teams or technical staff
