Kessler Creative is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our office organized, efficient, and welcoming. What You’ll Be **Greeting guests and supporting their needs, whether it’s in-person or over the phone.Managing our main phone ** answering, screening, forwarding calls, and scheduling appointments.Supporting our Finance team with billing, accounts receivable/payable, and other tasks.Managing the President & CEO calendars, as well as assisting with special projects and support. Keeping us well-stocked by placing weekly supply orders and comparing prices.Helping customers with order pickups and ensuring they have a great experience.Maintaining up-to-date employee and department directories.Preparing regular reports with attention to detail and accuracy. Other tasks and special projects as needed. What We’re Looking **Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Suite.Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, friendly demeanor. Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. A self-motivated problem-solver with the confidence to take initiative when faced with new tasks or problems. Able to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, at our Jacksonville office.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
