Part Time Executive Administrative (2-3 Days per week)Location: Cranford, NJ 07016 - Onsite-Schedule: 2-3 Days / Week (approximately 20-25 Hrs. / Week- then Converts to Full Time Permanent)Pay Rate: $30-38/ Hour DOEAssignment Type: Temporary to PermanentAbout the Role:Ultimate Staffing is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a team of Financial Service executives at a leading Asset Management company. This is a Temporary position based in Cranford, NJ, offering a Part-Time onsite role opportunity that will lead to a Permanent Full- Time position. Our client is seeking candidates that are open to starting off being hired on a Part Time basis, 2-3 days per week to get acclimated to the work environment and company culture. Our client has outstanding Health Care coverage, Benefit plans and a 3-Tier 401k Matching programs for their Permanent employees.The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a high-volume office.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executivesAnswer and route incoming callsCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangementsManage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and handle logisticsProcess and reconcile expense reportsGreet and assist visitorsMaintain team vacation/sick calendar and department contact listsEnsure timely and accurate delivery of work productsSupport vendor management and tracking for the departmentDraft internal communications and prepare departmental documentsHandle additional administrative duties as neededQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of general office or administrative experience (reception experience a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPointProfessional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage sensitive and confidential information discreetlyResourceful, proactive, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environmentExperience in copywriting and document editing is a plusBachelors Degree preferredAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
