Plumbing Foreman (New Construction)

The Plumbing Foreman supervises and leads the HVAC Technician team members (during all phases of construction activities. The HVA Foreman ensures work is completed within budget and scheduled completion dates. Also, the Foreman will follow all applicable safety procedures and code requirements.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide direct supervision and leadership to a team of Journeyman and apprentices; assigning tasks, providing guidance on new construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on timeAssembles, installs and repairs plumbing and medgas systems according to project specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, fixtures and boilers for hydronic heating, water, medgas and drainage systems.Supervises day-to-day operations on assigned plumbing tasks.Interpret and execute blueprints, plans, and specifications to meet project requirementsSchedule and coordinate daily tasks, materials, and manpower to meet project milestonesCoordinate with other departments/organizations to maintain established timelines.Basic qualifications2+ years of experience as a foreman in commercial new construction plumbing 5+ years of experience in installation of all Commercial and Industrial plumbing systems, piping, and equipment Licensed JourneymanOSHA certification
