Interim Senior Paralegal or Contracts Manager

Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim Senior Paralegal or Contracts Manager.Overview: Senior Paralegal or Contracts Manager** Minimum of 6+ years relevant experience (including in-house experience). Palo AltoResponsibilities *** Project manage various legal group projects (including due diligence related to contracts)Manage checklists and drive various project requirementsReview, issue spot, and track contract terms and obligationsCoordinate projects and communicate status, issues and requirements with internal stakeholders, including senior leadershipQualifications ***** Undergraduate degree 6+ years of relevant experience (including in-house experience).Experience in paralegal work including M&A, due diligence, commercial contracts (including reviewing terms, issue spotting/escalation, and tracking key information), and other process coordination and management.Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.Must have an upbeat, can-do attitude, eager to jump into a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency, ready to take ownership of tasks, and be able to engage proactively with various team members.Excellent legal acumen, attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive legal information.Problem-solver with a positive attitude, instinctively good judgement and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be a team player with a commitment to professionalism and collaboration.
